Director Turnkey Solutions, EMEA (m/f/d)

KEY TASKS

• Generate and close turnkey opportunities and lead project execution
• Build and maintain effective client relationships
• Analyze specifications, scope of work and other customer requirements to develop a thorough understanding of the proposed projects in alliance with internal engineering.
• Effectively collaborate with Global Turnkey Services team
• Manage resources internally and externally, as required, to ensure timely submission of responses to RFPs and proposals
• Develop and implement project execution plans
• Develop and negotiate EPC contracts and negotiate pricing, schedules and contracts/agreements with EPC suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage business development activities with a focus on performance against company revenue and cost targets for turnkey services
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum undergraduate degree of Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering turnkey solutions.
• Strong commercial management, contract negotiation and project management experience.
• Background in the solar or in other renewable energy industry.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Travel up to 50 % may be required.

LANGUAGES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Additional languages are a plus

LOCATION

• Flexible work location in any European country, preferably in Munich or Madrid
